I was having a problem with my right hip, which was a big deal b/c I am an avid cyclist, both road and trail....if it ain't raining, I'm riding...and when my MD said arthritis, he prescribed physical therapy and cortisone, both of which did little to relieve the pain...old age, he said...then a neighbor told me about G&L acupuncture, and all I can say is Wow! I'm back riding my usual trails again!

Sophie has a genuine concern for my physical and mental health, she is knowledgeable, and she is a real joy to work with....and did I mention that my hip is much better? Thanx Sophie! (p.s.-- I'm 75 ).
