I was having a problem with my right hip, which was a big deal b/c I am an avid cyclist, both road and trail....if it ain't raining, I'm riding...and when my MD said arthritis, he prescribed physical therapy and cortisone, both of which did little to relieve the pain...old age, he said...then a neighbor told me about G&L acupuncture, and all I can say is Wow! I'm back riding my usual trails again!

Alex at G&L Acupuncture and Wellness Center has become an essential part of my care team during this challenging health journey. The G&L team is compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. The office is a relaxing environment and I look forward to attending weekly.

Alexandra's craft of acupuncture is both an art and science. When I started treatment I didn't realize how my quality of life would improve physically. The Staff is flexible to the client's wellbeing and explains all aspects of treatment.

I have been going to Alex for chemotherapy-related neuropathy treatment. She is great, easy to talk to, passionate about helping people, and is very knowledgeable about acupuncture. I highly recommend G&L and Alex for treatment.

Been a client off and on for 10 years. ALEX IS AWESOME. Most recently she helped me recover from a back injury where I lost the feeling in my foot. After a couple months of physical therapy I started acup with her and 3 sessions later I finally started to regain feeling. I also have recurring shoulder pain. During one particularly painful bout, I asked Alex if acup could help. After one session I was able to move my arm again. Not all problems have been this responsive, but for for these specific nerve dysfunctions, at least in my case, the effect was obvious. Recommend!

Oh my gosh!!! First treatment gave me instant relief from overall inflammation! My shoulder, elbow and wrist pain were all reduced by 90%! Slept so much better than before my first treatment. Alex took very good care of me. I had knee and hip pain from a 20-year old knee replacement surgery, as well as upper back pain. Alex recommended cupping as well as acupuncture. The immediate pain relief was profound. After a month of regular treatment, I have also noticed reduced pain levels during activity and I get more sleep.

A warm healing atmosphere. I was stunned when the VA asked me if I wanted to try acupuncture. I was in constant pain and needed a cane to walk with for at least 14 years. I also thought Chinese medicine was just ground up deer antlers to treat male ED. Silly me!

From the first time Alex worked on me I have not taken a pain pill! The pain is so reduced that I retired my Veterans Administration issued cane for good. Now I go about my life just fine.
